Batch eligibility can be performed which pulls a group of patients from the scheduler of a Practice Management system and checks eligibility for various payers at the same time.  Eligibility can also be performed interactively in real-time, patient per patient, where status can be received in 7-15 seconds.   There will also be a second eligibility check performed at the time of claim submission.
